The MENA SIG is happy to announce its travel Grant which is designed to recognize the efforts of students and scholars from under-represented racial, ethnic, and ability groups who need support for travel to present their scholarly research at the Annual Meeting of CIES. This travel grant is a maximum of $500 for international applicants and of $200 for North American applicants. All members of the MENA SIG are invited to submit applications; however, only MENA SIG members whose proposals are accepted for the upcoming Annual Meeting are eligible to receive awards.
CIES-MESIG Student Paper AwardThe MESIG supports junior scholars and promotes quality emergent scholarship through its annual student paper prize. Every year the MESIG receives excellent submissions of graduate students' scholarly work. A blind review by specialized professors determines the awarded papers.
